Shipping and delivery
Every order ships from our workshop in Copenhagen, insured for its full value, with tracking and a signature on delivery.

Rest of Europe
United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland.
North America
United States (all 50 states; not to APO or FPO addresses), Canada.
Asia and Pacific
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand.
Where we do not ship
We do not currently ship to Brazil, Colombia, India, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey or the United Arab Emirates, nor to any country not listed above. Within the EU we cannot deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Åland Islands or Mount Athos, which sit outside the EU VAT area.
02Dispatch
When your order leaves
Orders confirmed before 13:00 Copenhagen time, Monday to Friday, leave the same day. Orders confirmed later, at weekends or on Danish public holidays leave on the next working day. We close for dispatch between 23 December and 2 January.
Once a parcel has left, we cannot change the delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
Spare batteries
Lithium-ion batteries are dangerous goods in air freight. An HB-1 shipped inside or together with a camera travels everywhere we ship. An HB-1 ordered on its own can only go by road, so we can send it within the EU, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, but not to Iceland, North America, Asia or Australia and New Zealand.
Customs paperwork
Every parcel leaving the EU carries a commercial invoice listing Denmark as the country of assembly for cameras and lenses. The customs code we use for the H1 body is 8525 89. Gifts cannot be declared as gifts.
